Rules – Updated WhatsApp Conversation Pricing

- All Service conversations, effective 1st November are FREE for all businesses. This means businesses can reply to user queries without incurring any extra charges.
- If a conversation involves multiple categories such as Marketing, Authentication, or Utility, charges willย appli separately for each category’s conversation window initia.
- Each category of conversations, including Marketing, Authentication, or Utility, incurs its own charges. If you send messages from different categori to the same user within a 24-hour window, you will charged for each category separately.
Marketing Conversation Category
Marketing conversations are all about grabbing attention and promoting phone number list offers, informational updates, abandoned cart reminders, discount coupons or invitations for customers to respond or take action. Any conversation that does fall under the utility or authentication categories is consider a marketing conversation. Businesses enga in marketing conversations will be charg at a rate of 88p per conversation for a 24-hour Marketing Conversation Window. Example: “Hey there! We’re thrill to offer you a 30% discount on our new collection. Hurry, this offer ends soon! Reply with ‘YES’ to claim your discount. “Authentication conversations play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of user accounts.
