2. Snooze suggested messages
When you scroll through your Instagram feed, you’ll see a mix of posts from accounts you follow, sponsored list to data posts, and suggested or recommended posts. Sometimes the latter are a good match, leading you to discover a new account. But sometimes Instagram misses the mark.
Fortunately, you can click on a cross at the top right of suggested posts and indicate your preferences for these posts. Instagram then gives you the following options:
Suggest no posts from [account name]
Don’t suggest posts with certain words. Posts with certain words, phrases, emojis, or hashtags that you enter here will no longer show up in your feed.
All suggested posts in the overview 30 days snooze. Nice and quiet!

You have the same options in the ‘Discover’ tab and in Reels. Click on the three dots at the bottom right of a Reel and choose ‘Not interested’ caseno email list if you no longer want to see messages from that account. If you choose ‘interested’, you will see more similar content in the following 30 days. This way you can still adjust your timeline to your preferences.
You can also always find your settings for suggested posts via your profile > Settings and privacy > the nuances of active sales by phone Suggested content. Here you can also see which content you have indicated that you are ‘not interested in’ and see which specific words and phrases you want to hide, or add to this list.
